LUNCHTIME FAVOURITE RECIPE
Damper Bread… A simple bread with no yeast that can be made either at home or on the campfire.
Locally sourced/foraged ingredients can be put in to flavour the bread such as Hazelnuts, wild garlic, raspberries or blackberries.
250g self-raising flour
Half teaspoon salt
25g unsalted butter cubed
